Vili, Strife

Vili is a large city on the southeastern side of the Kingdom of Strife. It is known as the "City of Hills", built along and around some particularly tall hills by the Artemis River. It is the second-largest city in Strife, and is a major port hub for the nations of Strife, Terra, and Emberton.
